In this episode of the Arable Podcast, Jenna and Kimberly explore the Drama Triangle (Karpman, 1968) an image that represents toxic dynamics within relationships. There are three places on the triangle, The victim: “This is happening to me”, the persecutor or villain: “It’s all your fault”, and the rescuer: “I need to save others” and Jenna and Kimberly explore these all too familiar roles. We have all been on the triangle and this episode explores how the triangle inhibits intimacy and healthy connection in relationship so, let’s all get off the triangle!
